INTRO TO KICK BOXING: 50 - 60 Mins - NEW to TISDALE! Lead by Coach Aoi, who has professional fight experience from when she lived in Vancouver! Welcoming to new and experienced people who are looking to get an awesome workout in. We can provide the wraps and the gloves.
